We fabricate and install stone for commercial projects across Chicago, the South Suburbs, and Northwest Indiana. Restaurants and bars are a regular for us. So are multifamily developers, hospitality groups, office tenant improvement contractors, and remodeling GCs running multi-unit jobs.
We're a family-owned shop, second generation, with our own cutting facilities in Crestwood and Dyer. Two install crews. In-house fabrication means we own the schedule, not a third-party subcontractor. That matters when your project has hard deadlines tied to a permit, an opening date, or a lease handover.

We sell wholesale to builders. Projects with 500+ sq ft of fabrication qualify for our wholesale tier. The bigger the run, the better the per-foot number. Send specs and we'll quote your project.
Predictable lead times
Residential projects ship in 7 to 10 business days. Commercial timelines depend on slab inventory and crew schedule, but we commit to dates and hit them. Penalty-clause projects welcome.
In-house fabrication, two locations
Crestwood and Dyer. Two shops, two install crews, one project manager. We don't subcontract cutting to a third party, so quality and schedule stay under our control.
Licensed, insured, COI on request
Illinois license 26-4568. General liability through Peaken Insurance. Workers comp on file. Certificate of insurance available the same day for permitting or GC onboarding.
Material flexibility
Granite, quartz, quartzite, marble, Dekton, soapstone, and solid surface. We carry authorized dealer status on Cambria, MSI, Cosentino, Silestone, Topzstone, and Wilsonart. Manufacturer warranties pass through to your client.

Send us the plans
Email us drawings, finish schedule, colors, sink and fixture cutouts, and quantity. We need enough to scope material and shop time.

Quote back to you
Line-item quote covering material, fabrication, install, cutouts, and edges. Volume pricing applied. Optional terms negotiable on larger runs.
- 03 Step 3
Material reservation
Once you sign and deposit, we reserve slabs in your name. For exotic stone, this protects color consistency across the project.
- 04 Step 4
Field templating
Our fab tech digitally templates each unit or bar on site. We coordinate with your super on access windows.
- 05 Step 5
Fabrication and staged install
Cut in our shop, staged to your install schedule. We can phase deliveries to match your trade sequence.
- 06 Step 6
Final walk + sign-off
Punch list walk with your PM. We finish, you sign, we close out the COI and warranty paperwork.

Do you offer wholesale pricing to builders and GCs?
- Yes. Wholesale to builders is a regular part of our business. Pricing depends on volume, material, and schedule. Send the project specs and we'll quote your run.

Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance?
- Yes. We carry general liability through Peaken Insurance and workers comp. COI available the same day on request for permitting, GC onboarding, or property management requirements.

What's your lead time on a multi-unit project?
- Residential runs 7 to 10 business days. Commercial varies by scope and slab inventory. We commit to a schedule at quote time and hit it. Hard-deadline projects welcome.

Do you do restaurant bar tops and food-service surfaces?
- Yes. Bar tops, server stations, host stands, and back-of-house prep surfaces are a regular project type for us. We can work around an active service schedule if needed.

Can you handle a 50-unit multifamily project?
- Yes. We've fabricated for multifamily and hospitality projects across our service area. Larger runs get phased delivery to match the trade schedule.

What materials are best for high-traffic commercial use?
- Quartz is the easiest commercial surface. Non-porous, no sealing, hard to stain. Dekton handles UV and extreme heat for outdoor commercial use. Granite stays popular for restaurants that want a natural look.

- Our core service area is the south Chicago suburbs and NW Indiana. For commercial projects with the right scope, we'll travel further. Send us the address and we'll confirm.
